The US General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded gTANGIBLE a GSA OASIS+ – SDVOSB contract with an issued Notice to Proceed (NTP). This award was the result of our proposal for the Government’s OASIS+ – SDVOSB set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation #47QRCA23R0004. The contract includes three (3) domains:

gTANGIBLE has been competitively awarded a Small Business set-aside GSA MAS SIN 541611 Task Order (TO) from DHS Federal Protective Services (FPS) for Visitor Management and Access Control (VMAC) Support Services. This is a recompete of gTANGIBLE’s prime contract for VMAC Support Services, which had a period of performance from 9/15/2023 to 7/31/2026.

gTANGIBLE’s services are provided at the DHS Consolidated Headquarters at St. Elizabeths West Campus, located at 2701 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20593. This is the third consecutive prime contract that gTANGIBLE has been awarded for this program.

After fourteen (14) years as a self-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), gTANGIBLE received the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certification for SDVOSB and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). gTANGIBLE Corporation is eligible for SDVOSB / VOSB contracts and is identified as a certified SDVOSB / VOSB program participant of the Small Business Search (SBS.gov).

The US Navy awarded gTANGIBLE Corporation a Seaport NxG Small Business Set-Aside Task Order (base, plus four option periods) in response to the company’s competitively submitted proposal for Financial Analysis, Readiness Reporting, and Logistical Analyst Support Services for Commander, Fleet Logistics Support Wing (CFLSW) located at Naval Air Station (NAS), Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Fort Worth, Texas. This was a recompete of gTANGIBLE’s prior prime contract.

gTANGIBLE has been competitively awarded an SDVOSB set-aside DHS PACTS II Task Order (TO) from DHS Federal Protective Services (FPS) for Visitor Management and Access Control (VMAC) Support Services.

This is a recompete of gTANGIBLE’s prime contract for VMAC Support Services, which had a period of performance from 7/1/2020 to 9/14/2023.

The FPS VMAC TO requires support services that include the following performance areas: Visitor Management, Access Control, and Project Management. gTANGIBLE’s services are provided at the DHS Consolidated Headquarters at St. Elizabeths West Campus, located at 2701 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20593.

This DHS PACTS II Task Order, 70RFP223FREC00044, was awarded to gTANGIBLE on September 11, 2023. The period of performance is 9/15/23 to 1/31/2006 with a total contract value of $6,474,432.40.

gTANGIBLE has begun providing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) with Program Support Services for Glynco, Georgia, in support of training centers in Glynco, Georgia; Arteisa, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland.

Specifically, gTANGIBLE provides Program Management; Training/Education Management and Support, including: Educational Aides Services, Student Records Management Services, and Class Registration Services; Logistics Support, including Publication Storage and Assembly Warehouse Services; and FOIA/Disclosure Support Services. This DHS PACTS II Task Order, 70LGLY23FGLB00071, was awarded to gTANGIBLE on June 23, 2023.

This is a five-year contract with a total contract value of $6,289,524.40.

gTANGIBLE has begun providing our prime contractor, Serco, Inc., and the F-35 JPO with Program Management Contractor Support Services (CSS) in support of the full acquisition lifecycle (development, production, and sustainment) of the F-35 Program. Specifically, gTANGIBLE provides the Air Vehicle PMO with Program Management, Follow-on Development (FOD) Program Management, and Program Analysis services.

We also provide the Training Systems and Simulation PMO with Program Management services. The contract was awarded on January 25, 2023, and has a period of performance through August 25, 2027.

gTANGIBLE confirms a DOD assessment is posted in DOD’s Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) for the Enterprise System Security Plan (SSP). The assessment level is basic, and the assessment was completed on 7/30/2021. The NIST SP 800-171 security requirements score is 110.

gTANGIBLE has been awarded the Drug and Alcohol Deterrence Program Mission Support Services (formerly Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention (NADAP) Support Services) contract from the US Navy to provide administrative support to the Drug and Alcohol Deterrence Program mission and Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) alcohol and drug abuse program initiatives.

gTANGIBLE will provide services commensurate with supporting the NDAD’s programs and VCNO initiatives in tracking Navy substance abuse trends, maintaining and managing electronic Navy substance abuse prevention program data through the use of Alcohol and Drug Management Information Tracking System (ADMITS) and Internet Forensic Toxicology Drug Laboratory System, and providing administrative and technical support in support of these functions.

gTANGIBLE has been awarded the Contractor Analytical Support and Data Entry Task Order from the Department of Homeland Security’s US Coast Guard (USCG) component to provide analytical support services, competency management support, and data entry support for the Human Resources Directorate/USCG Assistant Commandant for Human Resources (CG-1) at DHS USCG headquarters in Washington, DC.

The USCG/CG-1 task order was a competitively awarded recompete under the DHS PACTS II IDIQ.

The USCG/CG-6 HR task order was awarded under the DHS PACTS II IDIQ.

gTANGIBLE has been awarded the Warehouse Logistics Support task order from the Department of Homeland Security’s US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) component to provide warehousing specialists at DHS CBP facilities in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.

gTANGIBLE received the successful offer or award notification on September 30, 2020. The CBP Warehouse Logistics task order was awarded under the DHS PACTS II IDIQ.

gTANGIBLE will provide multiple on-site logistics technicians to provide property, logistical, technical, and administrative support to CBP’s Operations Support (OS), Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC) at the Advanced Training Center (ATC), in Harpers Ferry, WV.

The US Navy awarded gTANGIBLE Corporation a Seport NxG Task Order (base, plus four option periods) in response to the company’s competitively submitted proposal for Financial Analysis, Readiness Reporting, and Logistical Analyst Support Services for Commander, Fleet Logistics Support Wing (CFLSW) located at Naval Air Station (NAS), Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Fort Worth, Texas. There were 11 bidders.

gTANGIBLE personnel will provide financial analysis of the current year travel budget, post mission analysis, readiness reporting, and logistic analysis support services.

These services will cover the C-20, C-37, C-40, and C-130 Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) aircraft operated by FLSW for 14 Navy Reserve Squadrons and their associated overseas detachments. In addition, we conducted an internal audit in September of 2019 and completed the Verisys audit in October.

gTANGIBLE Corporation has been awarded a base plus four option period Task Order to provide Physical, Personnel, Special and Industrial Security (PPS&I) support services to the US Navy’s EODGRU TWO at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Virginia in the form of PPS&I subject matter expertise.

We provide the personnel, management, materials, equipment and facilities (not otherwise provided by the Government) necessary to meet EODGRU TWO’s PPS&I requirements and with functions associated with supporting daily SSO activities.

gTANGIBLE engaged Randy King from Compliance, LTD as our consultant to assist in the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), together with policies and procedures, that are in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard. We developed our ISO 9001 Quality Manual and incorporated the QMS into each area of our business. We were audited by Verisys Registrars to ensure we are working to the requirements of the QMS and ISO Standard.

Our successful audit resulted in the certification by Verisys Registrars of gTANGIBLE’s QMS meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as a service provider to the United States Federal Government in the areas of National Security Programs, Program, Administrative, Management Consulting, and Mission and Warfighter Support.

Verisys Registrars was helpful and exceptionally prompt in assisting gTANGIBLE to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification.

gTANGIBLE has been competitively awarded a CIO-SP3 Small Business IDIQ contract from the National Institutes of Health in the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Group. The National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) announced the awards on March 31, 2018.

The contract is designed to support the full range of IT services and health IT needs across the federal government. The contract has been executed, and gTANGIBLE is able to perform on this vehicle throughout its period of performance which runs through October 31, 2022.
